Chamber musicians dedicated to renaissance and 20th century composition.

The William & Mary Schola Cantorum: Welcome!

We are The William & Mary Schola Cantorum, an entirely student-directed chamber choir dedicated to renaissance and twentieth century composition. Modeled in part on the university chapel choirs of Oxford and Cambridge, our ensemble sings from a broad, varied repertoire of sacred and secular music.

This spring marked our fourth year, with engagements at both the College and Bruton Parish Church, as well as collaborations with the William & Mary Early Music Ensemble and the CNU Voices. The 2013-2014 season included two Evensong services at Bruton Parish Church as well as two concerts held in the historic Chapel at the Christopher Wren Building. In the coming year, we look forward to exciting new opportunities on campus and in the Williamsburg community.

So whether you’ll be joining us as a singer, a concertgoer or supporter, we hope to see you soon!

All the best,

Jacob Robins ’16
